Things have been quiet over here this past week because no one could have prepared us for the aftershock of publishing a book.
The burnout hit both Meg and I HARD 😫
Exhaustion set in from the many late nights/early mornings that led up to the launch date, which is exactly a week ago today, yet feels like so much longer.
Our bodies demanded rest and downtime 😴
It sure has been weird to feel both unmotivated yet extremely proud of what we've accomplished at the same time.
Today, the energy is starting to return. And along with it the optimism and fire within to continue creating and sharing this incredible journey.
To CELEBRATE that to date, we've officially sold 863 copies 🎉
Each time that I get to add a heart to my whiteboard and phone tracker I connect in with the gratitude I feel for getting to do this.
Of choosing to put in the time, energy, and effort to help get this book into as many children's lives as possible.
Being able to look at these hearts and visualizing each of them representing the book impacting 10 little human lives (and likely as many older human lives also) brings a warmth to my heart that is the fuel to the fire.

Never could we ever have imagined just what this project would take to get off the ground! And from here, it's onwards and upwards, getting to spread 𝘔𝘺 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 around the world for the rest of our lives and even longer!
